Ministry of Defence Production Directorate General Defence Purchase,
(DGDP) Rawalpindi intends disposal of Mi-8 Helicopters Quantity-8 along
with spares on “as is where is basis”. Sealed tenders are invited from interested
parties/ personnel. Tender document can be obtained from the office of
DGDP (Disposal Wing) uptill 15 Feb 2012 by hand/post on production of
challan no. 32A worth PKR. 200- for registered firm and PKR. 2000/- for
non-registered firm in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi (Debitable to Major
head XLVII Main head XII Sub head misc code Def 1220). Tender must be deposited
to the undersigned before 1000 hrs on 16 Feb 2012 sealed in double envelopes.
Tenders must be submitted along with earnest money valuing Rupees 2 lac or equivalent
US$ in shape of Bank draft from any scheduled bank in favour of CMA (DP).
The tenders will be opened at 1100 hrs on 16 Feb 2012 in the presence of the
bidders who wish to attend. The stores can be inspected, after purchase of tender
documents on any working day up till 15 Feb 2012. DGDP has not appointed any agent,
therefore query if any may be clarified from the under signed directly.
